This Sunday, I’ll feature my new dragons!
And Big Red
Ok who else remembers things at the most inconvenient times? For me it’s right as I’m going to sleep, while I’m driving, or when I’m in the shower. These would definitely come in handy. Here’s how it works:
“AquaNotes® are made of waterproof paper that is totally recyclable, environmentally friendly, and non-toxic. Each pencil is water resistant and is made with Incense Cedar wood, a responsibly harvested renewable resource meeting stringent environmental requirements. Even the ink used to print the logo and company information on the notepad is soy based… The product is designed to withstand exposure to wet environments. Water simply beads up and rolls off AquaNotes.”
As with all Wish List Wednesdays, I am in no way associated with this company.

Sometimes life can seem like an uphill battle. Finding help is often looked at as weak, and that couldn’t be farther from the truth. As someone who lives and copes with mental illness, I can tell you that everyone has the ability to grow and strengthen as a person. It’s not easy. It’s hard. Like it’s really, really hard. But if you put an effort in and do the absolute best that you can, you will get stronger. It doesn’t get easier, but you can get stronger. Even when you feel weak, even when you’re depressed, angry, anxious, manic, whatever it may be… you can get stronger.
Any progress is worth recognizing and celebrating. Be proud of yourself, and your accomplishments. Don’t forget to smile to let everyone know that you’re stronger today than you were yesterday.
